We prioritize focusing on one project at a time. While this may result in a slightly later start for your job, it ensures that your project receives our undivided attention. We will be on-site every weekday until the job is completed."
We request a 10% deposit of the estimated cost, with the remaining 90% due upon project completion. This deposit secures your project time and allows me to order initial supplies. It also ensures the job will be done correctly and to your satisfaction. We take pride in our work and are confident it will meet the highest standards
Some HOAs have specific requirements. If necessary, I will work with your HOA to ensure your project meets all required standards
